What is Gillette® Direct™?

Gillette Direct is an online service that lets you quickly order blades as a one-time purchase or as a subscription that gives you every 4th order free. *

How does Gillette® Direct™ work?

Getting your favourite Gillette blades delivered is easy. Here's how to get started:

     1. Choose the best razor blade for you—Fusion5TM ProShield® or MACH3. If it's your first purchase, we'll include a complimentary handle.

     2. Select how you want to purchase your blades: Choose Subscription for easy automatic deliveries every two, three or four months – or select One-Time Purchase.

     3. Once you create an account, enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase. We'll deliver your blades in approximately 3-5 business days.

How does Every 4th Order Free* work?

If you have a subscription, every 4th order will be free. That means if you get a shipment once a month, you'll be shaving for free your 4th month. Keep working toward your free shipment to save big on your favourite blades.Check out our full terms and conditions for more details on that free 4th order.

How do I set up a subscription?

After you choose your favourite blade, select “Subscription” and how often you’d like to receive blades. For future purchases, you’ll automatically receive blades at your desired frequency. You can change your frequency, change your order date, or cancel anytime by visiting My Account.

Do I get notifications when my blades ship?

Before we ship your blades, we’ll send you an email reminder with the details of your upcoming blade shipment. You’ll only be billed when we process and confirm your purchase. You’ll also be notified if you cancel your plan, if your plan item is temporarily out of stock, or if your product is discontinued.

What should I do if there is a problem with my shipment or it arrived damaged?

If your shipment hasn’t arrived or has been damaged in transit, please email us to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience—we’ll make it right.

* Credit applies to every 4th subscription order. Credits will be awarded for each unique subscription plan and value equal to the lowest of previous 3 subscription orders (incl. taxes).

How can I check my shipment status?

Check out your Order History to view your shipment status. After your purchase ships, you will receive an email that includes tracking information.

Does the Heated Razor have a warranty?

Yes, the GilletteLabs warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 2 years. If your GilletteLabs product is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge or reimburse your purchase Full details, contact numbers and what the warranty covers are included in the Heated Razor manual which is in the box

Can I use any blades on the Heated Razor?

No, the Heated Razor by GilletteLabs is compatible only with GilletteLabs blade cartridges designed exclusively for this product. The Starter Kit comes with 2 blade cartridges included. There are options to buy replacement blades on the website for either ongoing Subscription or One-Time Purchase

How long does it take the Heated Razor to charge?

Prior to first use, activate the product by connecting to the charging dock (see manual for First Use and Charging) and charge the product for at least 1 hour. A full charge takes about 6 hours and provides about 18 minutes of heat.

Is the Heated Razor waterproof, can I use it in the shower?

When disconnected, the hand-held part of this appliance may be used in a bath or shower.

Can I recycle my Heated Razor?

The product contains batteries and recyclable electric waste. For environmental protection please do not dispose of the product in the household waste but take to local e-waste/battery collection points in your area.
